We hereby confirm that Solet's experts provided advisory services in the processes of requirements audit, analysis, concept development and the build of a Business Intelligence platform at the Emperia Group. The solution designed and then successfully built supports the consolidation of financial statements in line with KPWiG requirements and makes it possible to analyse operational data in the Emperia Group's distribution segment and its retail segment. In particular, the BI Distribution system covers the areas of sales profitability analysis, purchasing analysis, logistics controlling, and the analysis of cost data, fixed assets and settlements, while the BI Retail system monitors performance across the retail store network by providing multi-dimensional sales analysis, price index analysis, forecast generation and budget performance control, and analysis of deliveries and stock levels. The BI system's database exceeds 4TB in size, the gross value of the services provided was approximately PLN 1,000,000, and the services were provided from September 2006 to June 2009.
In the course of working with our company, Solet's consultants were responsible for, among other things, preparing the solution concept, agreeing the terms of the project's delivery, developing the strategy for the projects run, delivering the defined implementation tasks, and overseeing the operation and extension of the implemented components of the BI platform.
