We hereby confirm that Solet delivered the project to build a data warehouse and analytics system at Gordon. The system supports the management of the key areas of our company's operations. The models implemented make it possible, among other things, to analyse sales transactions, settle promotional campaigns, loyalty agreements and distribution agreements, track stock levels and turnover, manage stocking efficiency, examine the structure of receivables, and generate financial statements automatically. In addition, the controlling models built by Solet's experts as part of this project allowed us to introduce effective monitoring of branch costs and profitability, along with management analysis of the dynamics and structure of a broad set of economic indicators. We use this solution successfully in building our company's competitive advantage while maintaining Gordon's good reputation in the demanding market for spare parts for passenger cars and vans. In the course of working with our company, Solet's staff proved to be a team with a great deal of innovation and creativity. A very valuable quality observed during the project was their partnership-based approach in contacts with system users and their strong commitment to identifying and solving the complex business problems that are the very reason for deploying Business Intelligence systems.
