We hereby confirm that Solet delivered the project to build a Business Intelligence system at INEA. The system was built on Microsoft SQL Server technology and SAP Business Objects tools. In the course of the project work, operational analytics modules were successfully rolled out to support our company's sales process and its marketing and promotional activities. Thanks to the analytical models applied, the system makes it possible to, among other things: examine the detailed structure of the subscriber churn rate (churn analysis), monitor the status of services on individual sockets effectively, track the course and effectiveness of promotions, analyse the state of payments, and explore billing data.
The cooperation with Solet was marked by a high degree of effectiveness and commitment from the experienced team of experts assigned to the project. As a demanding partner, we were glad to see for ourselves the unique expertise, dependability and high efficiency of the work carried out by the Solet team. The very positive course of the implementation contract led INEA's management board to decide to begin a further, long-term cooperation with the Solet team for support services.
