We hereby confirm that Solet carried out the project to build an integrated Business Intelligence analytics platform at Kom-Eko. The system supports controlling processes and makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of the company's activities at the operational level. As part of the comprehensive rollout, the areas handed over for use covered both the standard functional areas of sales, logistics, finance and HR analysis and areas specific to Kom-Eko's waste collection and cleaning business — including, among others, the analysis of contracts and waste recovery costs, and areas dealing with detailed fleet analysis covering routes, fuel settlement and vehicle weight control.
